This combination of sesame ginger lime chicken with feta cheese is sure to make your mouth water!
5 oz Sesame Ginger Lime Marinated Chicken
1/4th of a small red pepper
2 TBSP sliced red onion*
1/4th cup feta cheese**
The Functional Nutrition Brand Sesame Ginger Lime Dressing, to taste
- Line a bowl with mixed greens. Chop chicken and sprinkle into the salad.
- Slice red onion, and chop red pepper and feta cheese. Sprinkle all these ingredients onto the salad.
- Top with The Functional Nutrition Brand Sesame Ginger Lime Dressing.
*Note: This is about the amount if you cut a small red onion in half and then cut two thin slices of the onion.
**Note: I used a vegan feta cheese by Violife for a dairy-free option!
