Hamburger Salad

All the perks of a burger, without the drawbacks from a bun.

Yield: 1 salad

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
1 grass-fed beef patty, cooked
5 romaine lettuce leaves*
¼ of a small tomato
~2 TSBPs onion
1 dill pickle spear
The Functional Nutrition Brand Honey Dijon Dressing, to taste

Instructions:
1) Rinse and chop your lettuce leaves into ribbons. (Line the lettuce leaves on top of each other and chop so that you create strips about 1 cm thick.)
2) Chop tomato, onion, pickle, and beef patty. (Heat the beef patty if it is not heated already.)
3) Line the bottom of a bowl with the lettuce. Top with the rest of the veggies, and drizzle with The Functional Nutrition Brand Honey Dijon Dressing!

Note*: Any type of lettuce leaf will work for this.  I really like using red leaf lettuce too!
