1. Boil chicken: Add 1 chicken breast to a small pot and fill with water until it
covers the chicken. Cover with a lid, but keep the lid slightly askew. Put the
pot on the stove and heat to a boil on high heat. Once the water begins to boil,
reduce heat to medium and let boil for 20 minutes. Remove from heat. Use
tongs to remove the chicken from the water.
2. Chop chicken, carrot, cucumber, and radishes. Add all ingredients to a bowl
and drizzle with Falafel Tahini dressing!
