Broccoli Cranberry Honey Dijon Salad

Get all the detoxifying powers of raw broccoli in this tasty salad!

Yield: ~7 servings

Prep Time: ~15-20 mins

1 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped (measure when not yet chopped)
5 cups small broccoli florets
1/2 cup Red onion, finely chopped
3/4 cup dried cranberries
3/4 cup The Functional Nutrition Brand Honey Dijon Dressing

1. Heat frypan to medium-low. Add nuts and heat until fragrant, about 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Meanwhile, chop broccoli and onion. Add to a medium/large bowl as you go.
3. Remove walnuts from pan and let cool for a few minutes. Chop and add to bowl.
4. Then add the cranberries and The Functional Nutrition Brand Honey Dijon Dressing.  Mix until well coated with the dressing!
