Easiest Salad Ever
Pressed for time, but still want to nourish your body?
Ingredients:
Handful of mixed greens
Chopped carrot 🥕
Chopped cucumber 🥒
Chopped radishes
Chopped chicken breast
The Functional Nutrition Brand Falafel Tahini dressing
Instructions:
1) Boil chicken: Add 1 chicken breast to a small pot and fill with water until it covers the chicken. Â Cover with a lid, but keep the lid slightly askew. Â Put the pot on the stove and heat to a boil on high heat. Once the water begins to boil, reduce heat to medium and let boil for 20 minutes. Remove from heat. Â Use tongs to remove the chicken from the water.
2) Chop chicken, carrot, cucumber, and radishes. Add all ingredients to a bowl and drizzle with Falafel Tahini dressing!
