Antioxidant Salad
Looking for a salad chuck full of antioxidants?! Look no further!
Ingredients:
Mixed Greens
Chopped carrots 🥕
Chopped Radishes
Blueberries
Chopped cucumber 🥒
Quick Pickled Red Onion
Raspberries
Instructions:
1) In a salad bowl, start with a bed of mixed greens.
2) Top with all remaining veggies. Place them next to each other for a fun “pinwheel” of color!
