Paleo Grass-fed Beef Tacos

Once I tried tacos with Falafel Tahini Dressing...I never went back!

Yield: ~6-8 tacos
Prep Time: 10 minutes     Cook Time: 12 minutes      Total Time: 22 minutes

Ingredients:
2 tsps olive oil (or avocado oil)
1 lb grass-fed ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning*
1 small tomato
~3-4 lettuce leaves
1/4 a small onion
6-8 coconut flour wraps

Instructions:
1. Heat frying pan to medium heat then add the oil.  Add the ground beef and use a spatula to break the meat into small pieces.
2. Cook the meat until it is no longer pink, stirring occasionally, about 10 mins.  When the meat is fully cooked, drain the liquid from the pan.  (You can do this by placing a pot cover over one end of the pan and using it to keep the meat from falling out of the pan while you tip the pan to drain it.)
3. Replace the frying pan back to the stove.  Add your taco seasoning and cook for a couple minutes to coat evenly. 
4. While the meat is cooking, chop your onion, tomato, and lettuce.
5. When the meat is done cooking, heat the wraps.  Then line each wrap with taco meat, lettuce, onion, and tomato.  Drizzle each taco with The Functional Nutrition Brand Falafel Tahini Dressing.
 
Note*: Read the ingredient label of the taco seasoning packet to make sure it only contains clean ingredients!  I really like the Siete brand taco seasoning!
