Juicy Falafel Tahini Chicken Breasts

Chicken with the perfect level of juice and pan seared to perfection!

Ingredients:

1 lb chicken breasts

2-3 TBSPs The Functional Nutrition Brand Falafel Tahini Dressing


Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Marinate chicken with The Functional Nutrition Brand Falafel Tahini Dressing:  Place chicken in a medium bowl and toss with the marinade.  (Preferably, let the chicken sit in the marinade and refrigerate for 2 to 24 hours before cooking!  You can also cook the marinated chicken right away.)
  3. Heat oven safe skillet to medium low.  Place chicken in pan and cook 4 minutes on one side. Flip, and cook on the other side for about 2 minutes.
  4. Place the whole pan in the oven for about 20 minutes or until the chicken is completely cooked through. 
  5. When serving, drizzle with a bit more Falafel Tahini Dressing!
