Chicken with the perfect level of juice and pan seared to perfection!
1 lb chicken breasts
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Marinate chicken with The Functional Nutrition Brand Falafel Tahini Dressing: Place chicken in a medium bowl and toss with the marinade. (Preferably, let the chicken sit in the marinade and refrigerate for 2 to 24 hours before cooking! You can also cook the marinated chicken right away.)
- Heat oven safe skillet to medium low. Place chicken in pan and cook 4 minutes on one side. Flip, and cook on the other side for about 2 minutes.
- Place the whole pan in the oven for about 20 minutes or until the chicken is completely cooked through.
- When serving, drizzle with a bit more Falafel Tahini Dressing!
