Easy Bean Dip

This easy bean dip is perfect for any party or as a quick snack!

1 can black beans
1 small red bell pepper
½ small red onion
~3 TBSP The Functional Nutrition Brand Honey Dijon Dressing*


  1. Use a strainer to strain and rinse the black beans.  Chop the bell pepper and onion.
  2. Add all ingredients to a small mixing bowl.  Add Honey Dijon Dressing, and stir until well combined.

*Note: Add more if needed.  The black beans can soak up the dressing overnight and you may need to add more dressing.  The salad should have a slightly acidic taste, so if it tastes too plain, you need more!
